La proposition de loi vise concr\u00e8tement \u00e0 instaurer \u00e0 court terme (01\/01\/2026) une interdiction de l\u2019utilisation des PFAS pour quatre applications, dont l\u2019habillement. <\/p>\n<p>Pour les autres applications textiles, une interdiction \u00e0 moyen terme (01\/01\/2030) devrait \u00eatre mise en place. Des d\u00e9rogations sont possibles \u00e0 condition qu\u2019elles soient strictement proportionnelles \u00e0 la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 imp\u00e9rieuse de l\u2019application. <\/p>\n<p>Bien que l\u2019ECHA travaille au niveau europ\u00e9en sur une restriction universelle des PFAS dans le cadre de la l\u00e9gislation REACH, les initiateurs souhaitent, avec cette proposition, prendre les devants et par cons\u00e9quent promulguer plus rapidement une interdiction des PFAS pour les groupes de produits concern\u00e9s, dont le textile.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fedustria et Febelsafe regrettent que les initiateurs ne tiennent pas compte du processus de d\u00e9cision europ\u00e9en et perturbent le fonctionnement du march\u00e9 int\u00e9rieur en pratiquant la surr\u00e9glementation (goldplating), ce qui d\u00e9savantage les entreprises belges sur le plan concurrentiel.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>\n<div  class='flex_column av-ta51h-1a4ed3b4191284aa04c26d978c6d79d2 av_one_half
