Parall\u00e8lement, la r\u00e9glementation doit rester techniquement r\u00e9alisable et ne doit pas compromettre la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des travailleurs, des intervenants de secours et des citoyens. <\/p>\n<p>Fin 2025, la France a adopt\u00e9 un d\u00e9cret national sur les PFAS qui instaure une interdiction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de tous les PFAS dans les textiles, les chaussures et les produits connexes, tout en pr\u00e9voyant des exceptions cibl\u00e9es pour les applications essentielles telles que les \u00e9quipements de protection individuelle (EPI), la d\u00e9fense, les applications m\u00e9dicales, les textiles techniques et l\u2019entretien des EPI.<\/p>\n<p>Febelsafe estime que le mod\u00e8le fran\u00e7ais offre aujourd\u2019hui le cadre le plus \u00e9quilibr\u00e9 entre sant\u00e9 publique, protection de l\u2019environnement, faisabilit\u00e9 industrielle et s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sur le terrain.<\/p>\n<p>Febelsafe plaide donc pour une approche belge des PFAS qui :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>regroupe tous les PFAS sous une seule d\u00e9finition claire ;<\/li>\n<li>instaure une interdiction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale des applications non essentielles ;<\/li>\n<li>pr\u00e9voit des exceptions explicites et ancr\u00e9es juridiquement pour les EPI et les applications critiques de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et de sant\u00e9 ;<\/li>\n<li>permet de maintenir le recyclage des textiles ;<\/li>\n<li>est applicable via le contr\u00f4le des produits finis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-end=\"677\" data-start=\"598\">\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>\n<div  class='flex_column
